Darren Allinson has his attempted clearance charged down and now it's a five meter scrum to Leicester.
PENALTY IRISH. Great start for the home side, immediately awarded a penalty underneath the posts and James O'Connor has no problems adding the points. 3-0.
Irish kick-off!
Both sides out on the field, kick-off just moments away.
Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of this Aviva Premiership clash between London Irish and Leicester Tigers from the Madejski Stadium. The visitors can overtake Sale and move into third place in the table with a win today over Irish. However Irish themselves will be hoping to continue their mini revival of sorts and move out of third from bottom, their current form has seen them win six of their last seven games in all competitions. Irish make one change from their side that enjoyed a narrow win away to Wasps last time-out. Darren Allinson comes in at scrum-half following the dismissal of Tomas O'Leary last week for stamping. For Leicester, second row Ed Slater will captain the side for the first time and is joined by Louis Deacon in the second-row. Leicester were also succesful last time out with a win over Gloucester and will hope to continue their form in this clash.
