What's with all the substitutions so early?

The Ref calls time on an intriguing first half of rugby which saw Glasgow get off to a flyer, but eventually Leinster got into the swing of things to lead at half time. Glasgow really putting it up to the home side, setting things up for what should be another great half of rugby.
