Good afternoon and welcome to Welford Park for a second round clash from the Aviva Premiership between the Leicester Tigers and the Newcastle Falcons. Both teams will be looking to improve after suffering relatively big defeats in the opening round. H2H between the two teams should give the edge to Leicester but Newcastle did beat them away from home in the last encounter 23-25. It should be a rather tight affair.

As I ve said many times before on this app - when is Simon Cohen resigning? He’s turned the club into a financial money making franchise focused on tv rights, tickets sales, constant new stand construction and the ‘tigers family’.

The fact that tigers is a sports club and must win on the field has been sacrificed for short term financial gain. Over 10 years high quality players have been allowed to leave with the ‘salary cap’ given as the reason - the quality of the squad has declined but salaries rise - why are we over paying the remaining players then?

Especially when the players that have left have gone to Exeter, Newcastle etc and achieved great success

Change is needed - out with Cohen and Tom
