A wayward lineout ball is scooped up by Claire Molloy who bursts into the French half with her teammates in support. They look to move it wide and capitalise on the back-pedalling French defence, but Boujard snaps up an intercept and is in for a try the other end. The conversion is good, and the French pull in front.
After a couple stagnant phases, Stapleton fires the ball high in the sky and Miller provides the chase. Jessy Tremouliere collects but leaves the ball behind here as she brushes past an Irish tackle. The French recover but suffer another penalty moments later - diving into the ruck.
Possession back with the Irish now and they're making terrific progress downfield - French defence begins to crack and eventually concedes a penalty - entering the ruck from the side.
