Blade Thomson intercepts deep in the Hurricanes half and is eventually well chased down by Goosen. Hurricanes get a penalty which is taken quickly and the quick hands see the ball roll into touch. Hurricanes steal the line out.

Barrett picks up the ball in the 10 channel and puts a gentle grubber through behind the line just in the Cheetahs 22 it pops up nicely and he steps Willie le Roux to go under the posts.

Thrush steals the ball but eventually loses it and Cheetahs on the attack just inside the Hurricanes 22

Great work by Sadie who ran a great line to break the line and set up Willie le Roux on his inside. Hurricanes weren't stretched at all and had numbers on defence. Great line created the gap.

Rhule attacked down the line & attempted to chip Barrett who marked the ball quite well. He took a quick tap and sent the ball down town. Goosen collected it and was one on one against Barrett and tried to outrun the Hurricane who caught him and turned the ball over. After some slick hands by the Hurricanes, Dane Coles, found himself on the wing with ball in hand and unchallenged.
