Grenoble take a 16-15 lead over Stade Francias into halftime. Stade Francais started superbly as they ran in two early tries to lead 12-0. However, Grenoble hit back with two penalties before Stade kicked one of their own. Grenoble finished the half strongly with their first try and third penalty to lead by one at the break.
