France take a 22-7 lead over Scotland into halftime. France got off to the perfect start with a try four minutes in. Scotland then picked up a red card just six minutes in and France capitalized with a score to make it 12-0. France then received a red card 11 minutes, but added a third try midway through the half to make it 19-0. Scotland got on the board with a try after 25 minutes, but a French penalty five minutes from halftime sees them hold a 15 point advantage at the break.
