The Newport Gwent Dragons take a slender 10-7 lead over the Worcester Warriors after a tight first half. Worcester scored the games opening try as early as the second minute, but Newport responded with a try of their own soon after. Then Worcester picked up a red card at the 15 minute mark meaning they will finish the match with 14 men. Newport were shown a yellow card soon after but it was the hosts that added another penalty to lead by three at the break.
