Leinster destroy the Connacht scrum once again and another penalty is given. Madigan opts for the posts again, this time from a more difficult and to the right 40 meters out.

Reddan with a box kick high into the air with Healy failing to gather and the loose ball finds its way to McSharry but he knocks the ball forward and Leinster will have the scrum on halfway.

Poor effort by Carty with a kick straight in front of the posts but his kick goes left and wide and Leinster's lead remains in tact.

Connacht get a penalty of their own with McGrath penalised and Carty will go for the posts to bring the sides level.

Easy as you like for Madigan who splits the posts and Leinster take an early lead.
