Cheetahs will be somewhat encouraged by their start to the half as they manage to go through a number of phases. However they don't look particularly threatening and eventually lose the possession through the awarding of a penalty.

Wonderful cover defence from the Bulls. Cheetahs enjoy a good counter-attack down the wing which gave Robert Ebersohn a chance of scoring but the scramble defence from Francois Venter and Sampie Mastriet is too good and he is held up.

In fairness to the Bulls they are making some inroads into Cheetah's territory. However every attack is eventually brought to a hault by a poor handling error.
