Tonight's game is of huge importance to the visiting Connacht in terms of progression in this competition while for hosts Bayonne it's only the not so small matter of pride they are playing for, as they lie win-less at the foot of the pool. Exeter enjoyed a big win over La Rochelle earlier which opened up a six point gap between themselves and Connacht at the top, the men from the west of Ireland now know a win is vital to ensure they stay in contention for those knock out places.
