Joe Roberts is a promising centre in the Scarlets academy and was included in the Wales U20 Six Nations squad in 2019.
Roberts suffered a serious knee injury in the summer of 2019 and was ruled out for the remainder of the season.
In 2021, Roberts spent a while on load to Ampthill RFC, before playing in the Rainbow Cup for Scarlets. In the 2021/22 season, he made a big impression and made seven appearances in the URC.
In 2023, Roberts made a huge impact, becoming a first choice centre at Scarlets and earning his first call-up for Wales as part of the Rugby World Cup 2023 training squad.
