England national league 1 - Fylde Vandals vs Garstang

 

The Vandals enjoyed a comfortable win against a Garstang side who never gave up and made the home team work hard for all their scores. First half tries came from Tom Godfrey, Richard Mason, Tom Hodgkins, Alex Grey & Peter Acton. Jack Jones successfully converted three of these to give a 31-0 half-time lead

 

The second half was a similar story with the Vandals running in scores from Peter Acton (2), Richard Mason, Alex Grey & Adey Grey. Jack Jones added just the one conversion

 

This week sees the Vandals at home again with Burnley the visitors in the Semi-Final of the Plate. It's a 3.00 p.m. kick-off for this one and all support will be welcome
